About Us
At 7 Day Educational Services, we are dedicated to providing educational consulting for school leaders and teachers to help increase student achievement and build capacity and leadership. We service home daycares, public, private and charter educational institutions from preschool to high school. We will travel around the globe to meet with educators and operators to enhance their educational institution. We offer a blending learning option for our international clients, which include virtual learning as well as in-person guidance.
Our services range from coaching, professional development, data analyzes, teacher evaluations, preparing for accreditation, hiring practices, school improvement plans and more. We listen and ask the right questions to fully understand and address your specific needs.

Coaching
Research supports that coaching is one of the most effective ways to support professional development. Coaching improves cohesiveness between teachers and administrators, improves instruction, and increases student achievement. We know that including coaching increases the overall effectiveness of long-term impact and implementation.
Meet the Founder
Wendy Flammia has over 31 years of experience in education.
She has held various positions: preschool teacher, camp counselor, elementary and middle school teacher, reading specialist, learning team facilitator, assistant principal and principal. She was employed in Florida, United States and worked overseas in the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Wendy is married and has one son and two grandsons. She lives in Palm Beach County and spends summers at her home in Jamaica.
